It’s Not Too Late To Start Over

About Me
Welcome, I’m Caleigh your certified Alcohol-Free Empowerment Coach.
If you've ever woken up thinking "Is this it?" and wondered why you keep starting and stopping, I get it. I spent over 20 years in that loop. On August 16, 2025, I tried an alcohol-free experiment, and I haven't stopped since.
I am so grateful to be here and I feel confident that I am finally on the right path. My goal is to be the coach/support system/cheerleader that I wish I had when I was figuring out how to change my life.
I have spent over 2 decades working in the hospitality industry as a waitress and bartender so suffice to say alcohol has played a major role in my life.
I now realize that drinking influenced many parts of my life…the constant feeling of anxiety, being irritable with those I cared about, and an overall feeling that I was behind in life and had missed the boat of opportunity.
If you have ever said I’m not drinking for a week and then Friday rolls around and that promise disappears the instant “after work drinks” is spoken, I’ve been there. Saturday plans have switched from being productive to laying in bed hating yourself and saying never again. Then it’s Sunday and find yourself making the same promise to change, the same old rinse and repeat cycle.
Once I stopped drinking and felt and saw the changes in my life I knew I was on the right path. In January of 2026 I completed a foundational Recovery Coaching program through the Recovery Coach Academy of Canada right here in Calgary, Alberta. After that I enrolled in the Euphoric Coaching Academy where I became a 5x certified coach in October 2026 so I can continue to help other women like me.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck and unsure about what it is you truly want in your life and I am here to provide a warm, caring, and safe space to support you. I will meet you where you are at and walk beside you to reach your goals.

FAQS
-
It’s for women who feel stuck, who want to change their relationship with alcohol, or who are curious about what life could look like without it. You don’t need to have hit “rock bottom” or have a label for your drinking. If you’ve ever woken up wondering “Is this it?”, you’re in the right place.
-
No. We may try an alcohol-free experiment if you decide you’re ready, but it’s always your choice. We’ll work on the beliefs and habits behind your drinking at a pace that feels right for you.
-
No. I’m a certified coach, not a therapist, counsellor, or medical professional. Coaching focuses on where you want to go and building steady action to get there. If you’re dealing with trauma, a mental health condition, or a serious dependence on alcohol, I’ll encourage you to work with a qualified professional, and coaching can happen alongside that support.
-
Please talk to your doctor before making changes. For people who are physically dependent on alcohol, stopping suddenly can be dangerous and may need medical supervision. Once you have medical guidance, I’m happy to support you through the rest of the journey.
-
It’s a relaxed 30-minute conversation. You’ll tell me a bit about where you’re at and what you’re hoping for, and I’ll explain how the coaching works. There’s no pressure and no obligation, and we’ll both decide whether we’re a good fit.
-

Everyone’s journey is different, and I can’t promise specific outcomes. What I can promise is honest support, a plan that fits your life, and someone in your corner. The work is yours, and I’ll be there to help you do it.
